Dear Garena Free Fire Support Team, My Free Fire account was compromised and subsequently banned because of actions taken by the unauthorized individual. I have been playing fairly since 2019, never resorting to cheats, and have consistently invested in my account through various purchases.

I am confident that the ban was a consequence of the hacker's actions, not my own, and I am prepared to share any relevant records to support this claim. I respectfully request that you reconsider my situation and remove the ban, as this account is incredibly important to me, and losing it due to theft is genuinely heartbreaking.
