I am a Free Fire player on Android with the UID 13870446104, and I play on a Tecno Pop 10 device. Around the time the Under Sea mission was introduced in Free Fire, my in‑game microphone was suddenly banned during a CS Ranked match that I was playing with my guild mates. This situation has continued since then and my mic has still not been restored, even when I try to play other modes such as Lone Wolf. During the match in which the mic ban occurred, we were only using normal team communication and I was simply eager to win the last round. I did not use abusive language, did not cheat, and have always tried to follow the terms and privacy rules of Free Fire. Because of this, I strongly believe the mic ban is a misunderstanding or an error. This mic restriction is seriously affecting my gameplay experience and team coordination, as the microphone is the only thing that makes my game reliable and enjoyable. I kindly request the Free Fire team to review my account and remove the mic ban on UID 13870446104 as soon as possible so that I can fully enjoy all game modes again.
