I Face Ongoing Voice Ban Issue in Free Fire on Android Without Any Explanation

I play Free Fire on my Android device using account ID 578378**. Three days ago, a voice ban on my account was supposed to be lifted, but it still has not been removed. To make matters worse, before the original ban period even ended, my account was banned again without any explanation.
I contacted the Free Fire support team, but all I received was an automated response with no clear details about why this issue is happening or how it will be resolved. At the moment, I am still unable to send messages in group chats or use in-game voice communication. This restriction severely impacts my ability to play with my team and enjoy the game.
I am requesting a clear explanation as to why my voice ban has not been lifted, as well as the immediate removal of this restriction so that I can fully participate in the game again.
