Hello Garena Support Team,
My Free Fire account was unlinked from my Facebook account without my permission, and I am now unable to access it. I am requesting your assistance in recovering my account. My player name is Ts Shadow, and my player ID (UID) is 1772974559. The account was originally linked to the Facebook email/ID rroush****@gmail.com. My last login date was approximately April 29, 2025, and I was using a vivo Y22 device at that time.

I also have purchase information under the receipt number GPA.3393-8094-9594-74433, which I can provide as proof of ownership. I am the rightful owner of this account and have sufficient evidence to verify this. I kindly request your support in restoring my access to the account and securely relinking it so I can continue playing. Thank you for your time and assistance.
