Free Fire Account Hacked and Facebook Link Changed - I Need My ID Restored
Dear Garena Support Team, I am writing regarding the unauthorized removal and possible hacking of my Free Fire account, which was originally linked to my Facebook profile. The name on my linked Facebook account is Ganesh S***. My old Free Fire ID (UID) is 1433457696, and my in-game name (IGN) was ?T O X I C ☆, with an approximate level of 73. My last known diamond balance was 63 diamonds. My contact email is Singhg***[email protected] and my mobile number is 6371484***. The issue is that my Free Fire account was linked to my official Facebook account, but recently a hacker removed or unlinked my original ID from my Facebook login. When I try to log in now using the same Facebook account, I am shown a new or different ID instead of my old one. However, in my Facebook “Apps and Websites” settings, Free Fire is still listed as an active app, which confirms that the Facebook link exists, but the linked Free Fire ID has been changed by the hacker. I am the legitimate owner of this account, and I have all required payment proofs (top-up receipts) and account screenshots to verify ownership.
