My FF Account Has Got Negative Diamonds - Please Fix Positive Diamonds

I play Free Fire on an Android phone and recently my account balance has gone to minus 300 diamonds. My Free Fire Player ID (UID) is 2655461910. I usually top up diamonds with low budget amounts and I recently topped up directly from the official Free Fire in‑game store. After this top up, my account started showing –300 diamonds, even though I did not receive any usable diamonds and now I am stuck with a negative balance. I request that my account be checked and the negative –300 diamonds be removed or corrected to a normal positive balance so that I can continue playing and topping up fairly. I would like my diamonds balance to be fixed and my account to be restored to normal as soon as possible.
