Free Fire Wrongly Showing –2112 Diamonds and Restricting My Account

My Free Fire account has been restricted because a negative diamond balance appeared for no reason. My account currently shows –2112 diamonds, and because of this, I cannot access the game normally.

I have never made any diamond top-ups, diamond refunds, or chargeback requests on my account. For this reason, I believe this negative diamond balance is entirely due to a system error.

I request that my account be reviewed in detail, that the incorrect –2112 diamond balance be removed, and that the restriction placed on my account be lifted.
