Free Fire Account Suspended After Hack - Lost Purchases
I am a Free Fire player on Android, and my account is linked to Facebook. My Free Fire account was suspended more than a year ago, and when I try to log in, I see the message “your account has been suspended.” Later, I found out that my friend had hacked my account, which I did not know at the time. Before it was banned, I had spent a significant amount of money on this account—around 20,000–30,000 rupees—including many in-game purchases. When I tried to contact customer service to report the problem, my ID did not appear there, and instead of proper assistance, I received only a generic message, so I could not get any help or clarification about my account. I kindly request that my Free Fire account and the purchases made on it be reviewed, and if possible, that the ban on my account be lifted or my progress and purchases be restored. I am willing to cooperate fully and follow all game rules, and I would like a fair chance to have my account checked again.
