I Spent for 4000 Diamonds in Free Fire but Didn’t Get the New Character

I’m very disappointed with Garena Free Fire and want to voice my frustration clearly. I spent 4000 diamonds in the game specifically to unlock the newly released character. I followed all the steps, used the diamonds exactly as required, and still didn’t receive the character. This is extremely unfair and feels like a complete waste of money and effort.

I’m not asking for anything extra—just what I rightfully paid for. If I’m spending that much (₺ worth of diamonds), I expect to get what was advertised. Instead, I got nothing in return.

Garena, I want my 4000 diamonds refunded immediately or the new character delivered to my account without delay. This needs to be resolved as soon as possible. Players should not be left feeling cheated after spending money.
