I Paid for Monthly and Weekly Memberships in Free Fire But Didn’t Receive Them
Hello and thank you in advance. I just made multiple purchases in Garena Free Fire — I bought one monthly membership and two weekly memberships. Only one of the weekly memberships was successfully delivered to my account. The other weekly membership and the full monthly membership are still missing, even though the total payment has already been withdrawn from my account.
In addition to the missing memberships, I also did not receive the diamonds that were supposed to come with them. I expected the purchases to be fulfilled instantly, as advertised, but it has been some time now and nothing has been credited to my account except the one weekly plan.
I kindly ask Garena’s customer support to review this issue immediately and either deliver the missing items or issue a refund for the unfulfilled purchases. I have proof of payment and expect this to be resolved quickly and completely. Please get back to me as soon as possible.
