Garena Free Fire Didn’t Credit My Diamonds or Refund My Payment

A month ago, I purchased a weekly membership in Garena Free Fire, but I never received my diamonds. Today, I bought another weekly membership, and once again, the diamonds didn’t arrive.

Not only did I not get what I paid for, but I also didn’t receive a refund. If Garena won’t deliver the diamonds, the least they can do is return my money. This is completely unfair, and I refuse to keep paying for a service that doesn’t provide what it promises.

Garena, fix this now! Either credit my missing diamonds or process my refund immediately. Stop leaving players without what they paid for! I expect a response and a solution!
