Garena Free Fire Auto-Renewal Didn't Give Diamonds

I am absolutely furious with Garena Free Fire over a serious issue with my monthly membership! Hours before my last month's membership was set to expire, I purchased a new monthly membership from a different page. To my shock, my previous month's membership also auto-renewed without my explicit consent.

Now, my account only shows one active monthly membership, meaning I paid for two but am only receiving the benefits of one. To make matters worse, the auto-renewed membership did not even grant me the diamonds that are supposed to come with it! This is completely unacceptable.

I demand that Garena immediately cancel the automatically renewed monthly membership and refund the cost. Furthermore, I expect to receive the diamonds for the membership I did legitimately purchase. It's incredibly frustrating to be double-charged and then denied the promised in-game currency. This is a clear breach of trust, and I expect you to resolve this promptly and fairly.
