Garena Support Marked My Case ‘Solved’ but My Free Fire Account Is Still Suspended

My Garena account was closed with the message “Your account has been suspended” without any clear reason. I realized that my access was blocked around April 2025, and I haven’t been able to use my account since then. My account details are as follows: Region Europe, UID 2654026399, in-game name “wd galip”, and my account is registered through Fire.
After the ban, I contacted Garena support. They replied saying that the issue had been resolved and that my account had been reopened; however, my account is still suspended and I still can’t log into the game. Getting a “resolved” response from support while my account is actually not accessible has been very disappointing, and I still don’t know what I’m being accused of.
I request that Garena clearly and in detail explain why my account was suspended and, if possible, re-review my account and restore my access. I want clear, transparent, and consistent information about the status of my account and for my situation to be properly resolved.
