Garena Free Fire Wrongfully Banned Me from Ranked Matches and Dropped My Rank to Bronze
Hello Garena Free Fire,
On April 21, 2025, I logged into my account only to discover I had been banned from participating in EC and BR ranked matches. To make matters worse, my rank was reset to Bronze without any valid explanation. This came as a complete shock to me. I reached out to a few people in the community, and they suggested that someone on my team may have been using cheats or illegal tools like panels. But I want to make it absolutely clear—I do not use cheats, I do not support cheating, and I never have.
Being penalized for something I didn’t do is completely unfair. If someone on my team broke the rules, why am I the one being punished? I’ve spent time and ₺ on this game, and now my rank and credibility have been damaged for no reason.
Garena, please look into this immediately. Review my account history, clear the unjust ban, and restore my proper rank. I deserve fair treatment and accountability. Don’t punish honest players for the actions of others. I expect this to be resolved as soon as possible.
