Garena Free Fire Rank Reset Issue

Dear Garena Free Fire servers, just wanted to bring something to your attention. A couple of days ago, I found myself on the same team as a player who seemed to be using some unfair advantages. I was completely unaware of this and agreed to join their team. We played a good number of ranked matches together, around 8-9.
Today, upon logging into the game, I discovered that my ranks had been completely reset and I have been issued a ban until 2024-08-12. I had no idea that I was playing with someone who was dishonest.
I kindly request that this matter be resolved promptly. I've been playing since 2021 and I've always played fair, without any cheats. Here is my ID: 4153332897.
