I Got Banned for 30 Days on Free Fire Even Though I Never Cheated

Dear Garena Free Fire Support,

I’ve been a loyal player and have never used cheats, hacks, or any third-party tools in the game. Yet when I logged in recently, I was shocked to see that my account was suspended for 30 days, and my ranking no longer appears on the leaderboard.

This is incredibly unfair and disheartening. I’ve put a lot of time and effort into ranking up, playing clean, and improving my gameplay. Meanwhile, I constantly see actual cheaters dominating the game, yet my clean account is the one getting penalized.

Please investigate this issue urgently and lift my ranked ban immediately. I deserve to have my rank reinstated and my account fully restored. I hope Garena will support honest players like me instead of punishing us without cause.
