Purchased 2180 Diamonds in Garena Free Fire, Not Received Despite Payment

I purchased 2180 diamonds at 10:30 AM, and the amount was deducted from my card, but the diamonds have still not been credited to my Garena Free Fire account. Why is this happening? Either credit the diamonds to my account or refund the money, because this is unacceptable. I didn’t expect this kind of issue from you.
