Garena Free Fire Max Account Locked for Teaming Error

On November 2, 2025, while playing Garena Free Fire Max on my Android device, I received a message saying:

“We have detected abnormal teaming behavior that violates our rules.”

As a result, my account (User ID: 5555*74) was banned for alleged teaming. I believe this ban was applied unfairly, as there was no rule violation, no collaboration with opponents, and no repeated teaming with the same players during the match. I have never used any third-party apps or cheat software in the game.

I have spent approximately 90,000 diamonds’ worth of in-game purchases on this account, and this is the first time I’ve ever received a ban. I request that the ban be lifted and that I regain full access to my account as soon as possible.
