It came to my attention that my Garena Free Fire account experienced a significant decrease in diamonds. The count dropped from 18,423 to a mere 901 without any apparent reason. I haven't used any of my diamonds because I'm the only one who uses my account. I would like to request a refund for the diamonds I purchased. It is important to give this matter the attention it deserves, as the sum of money involved is significant. I made a payment for a level-up ticket, and you also generously gifted me diamonds as part of an event. But then, you unexpectedly took away those diamonds.
