Garena Free Fire Failed to Retrieve Version Config:2 Error

I am an Android user and I am currently unable to access my Free Fire account. When I try to log in, the game shows the error message “failed to retrieve version config:2” and the account does not open at all. This problem started today in the morning and has continued since then. There are diamonds that I have bought on this account and I am worried about losing my purchases and my in‑game progress. I have already tried all the basic solutions on my side, such as checking my internet connection, restarting the phone, updating and reinstalling the game, but the problem still continues in the same way. I had contacted Free Fire (Garena) customer support before about an issue on this account, and now I am reaching out again because I am unable to use my account due to this error. I kindly request that my account be checked, the “failed to retrieve version config:2” error be resolved, and my access to my account and purchased diamonds be restored as soon as possible.
