My Free Fire Account Wrongfully Banned After Friend Used Cheats

My Garena Free Fire account has been unfairly banned for nearly four years, and I have been unable to access it. The reason stated for the ban was the use of cheats, but I believe this has nothing to do with me.

Before the ban, my account was in the possession of a friend. After we had a falling out, he used cheats while logged into my account, and as a result, the account was permanently banned. As the person who originally created and legitimately used the account, I have never used cheats or third-party software. I have always played the game according to the rules. It is not fair that I am the one paying the price for a violation committed by someone else.

My in-game name is “nd. Kuzey,” and my account is on the Turkey server. My player ID is 1197765506. I want to regain access to this account that I worked on and invested time in for almost four years.

I kindly request that Garena conduct a detailed review of my account, verify from which device and by whom the cheating took place, and lift the ban if possible based on those findings. As the rightful owner of the account, I request that this unfair situation be resolved.
