I Face Harassment and Threats From Free Fire Players in Ranked Clash Squad Mode

On September 10, 2025, around 9:00 PM, while playing Ranked Clash Squad mode in Free Fire, I was subjected to severe verbal abuse and threats by two players with UIDs 11862837945 and 3892438311. These individuals insulted me and my friend with words that should never be spoken, cursed at our families, and applied psychological pressure through voice chat. They even threatened to share my Turkish national ID number and mocked me while doing so.

As a younger player, this incident deeply affected me and had a negative impact on my mental well-being. I immediately reported the issue using the in-game support option, but I never received a response, and no action was taken against these accounts. My in-game username is “WH1TE H! X”, and I have always enjoyed playing Free Fire. However, facing such abusive behavior makes me lose motivation to continue.

I demand that Garena take my complaint seriously, permanently suspend the accounts of these two offenders, and make a clear announcement to the community that such behavior will not be tolerated. I also request stronger moderation to ensure other players, especially younger ones, do not suffer the same harassment. This issue requires urgent resolution for the safety and integrity of the player community.
