Garena Free Fire Took My Diamonds, but the Luck Spin Won’t Give Rewards
I have spent a lot of money on Garena Free Fire, regularly buying diamonds to use in the game. However, when I spin the Luck Machine, it never gives me the items I want, no matter how many times I try.
I recently spent 1,600 diamonds, yet I still didn’t receive anything valuable. I understand that it’s based on luck, but after investing this many diamonds, I should at least get some fair rewards. This isn't the first time this has happened either.
Garena, fix this issue now! Either update the game’s system to be more fair, or refund the diamonds I wasted. If this doesn’t get resolved, I will file a complaint with the Consumer Protection Agency!
