For about a week now, I’ve been experiencing serious problems in the Garena Free Fire Max game. Specifically, I can’t enter ranked or unranked matches on the Bermuda map, and I constantly receive errors when creating or joining teams. Even though spectator mode is enabled, I can’t watch matches, and I keep getting the following error message:
“This team contains players currently under review for suspicious behavior. Unable to join at this time.”
To try to fix the issue, I deleted and reinstalled the game, downloaded all necessary resources, and installed every update. I also reported the issue previously, but I haven’t contacted Garena customer service yet.

Additionally, I sometimes have internet connection issues, which occasionally cause me to go AFK unintentionally. When my connection drops, I’m automatically disconnected, which is beyond my control, so I don’t think I should be penalized for it.
I have never used any cheats, panels, or third-party tools, nor have I engaged in any inappropriate behavior. I’ve invested a lot of time and money into this game, and I don’t want to suffer consequences for others’ rule violations.
I request that my account be thoroughly reviewed and that this unjust restriction be lifted immediately. I sincerely ask that the issues I’ve been facing for the past week be resolved as soon as possible.
