How to Recover a Free Fire Account Placed Under Review

I haven’t been able to access my Garena Free Fire account, which is linked to my Facebook profile and has the ID 5760**1101, for the past two days. When I try to log in, I receive an error message saying, “This squad contains suspicious players under review; it is currently being investigated,” and I am unable to enter the game.

I play the game on my Redmi Note 14 Pro Plus device. I have never used cheats, third-party software, or anything that violates the rules, yet my account appears to have been placed under review. Since I couldn’t find any direct way to contact support through the game or another channel, I had no choice but to write here.

I’m very upset because I’ve invested a lot of time and effort into my account. I request that the review be re-evaluated within a reasonable timeframe and, if the restriction is unjustified, that it be lifted as soon as possible so my account can be restored.
