Free Fire Locked My Eas. Morteox Account With No Explanation for 10 Days

My Garena Free Fire account on my Android device was suddenly suspended about 10 days ago without any warning or email notification. I can no longer access my account under the username Eas. Morteox, and I have not received any information about why it was suspended.
I have invested a lot of time and effort into this account over a long period. Having my account closed without any explanation causes all of my progress and work to be lost, and this situation has seriously affected me.
I believe Garena is a great game, but having my account suspended for no clear reason is extremely unfair. I request that my account be reviewed again, and if the suspension was applied incorrectly, that it be lifted and I be given access back to my Eas. Morteox account.
