I am writing regarding the permanent ban placed on my Free Fire account, which is linked to my Google login. My account was banned on 9 September 2023 and I have not been able to access it since that date. The ban was triggered because my friend opened and used cheats on my account. I understand that this violated the game rules, but I would like to explain that the cheating was not done by me personally and that I regret allowing someone else to access my account. I value the time, effort and money I have invested in this account and I would like to continue playing fairly. I have already contacted Garena support about this issue, but my account is still banned.
