Hello Garena,
My Free Fire account was banned for 7 days. After the ban was lifted, I realized that my account still has a group ban and a global ban, even though I have never used cheats or violated the rules.
The issue started when I let a friend log into my account. As soon as they entered the game, my account was instantly banned—even though they didn’t even get a chance to play. Now, I am the one facing the consequences for something I didn’t do.
I request a full review of my account and the immediate removal of the unjust bans. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible.
