Free Fire Account Hacked - Google Email Changed

I am writing regarding a serious security issue with my Garena Free Fire account, which is linked to my Google account. On 16 December 2025, my Free Fire account was compromised. Without my permission, someone changed the recovery email and bound my account to their own email. As a result, I can no longer log in to my account. The hacker has suspended my id for 29 days My in-game ID nickname is LUFFY, my Prime level is 5, and I play on a vivo Y21T device. My old bound Gmail for this account was tarkeshwarmishra***@gmail.com. I did not share my account details with anyone, and I believe this unauthorized access is the reason my account has now been suspended for 29 days. I am very upset because this situation has been ongoing for about 21–22 days, and the hacker still has control over my account. I have already contacted the Garena Free Fire support team, but they stated that I must have shared my account with someone and that this is against Garena policy, so they refused to help me. I strongly disagree with this, because I did not give my consent to anyone to access or change my account information. I kindly request that my account be thoroughly investigated, the unauthorized email binding be removed, and full access to my original account be restored to me. In particular, I request that my Free Fire account be securely transferred back and bound to my original Gmail address, tarkeshwarmishra***@gmail.com. I also ask that the suspension linked to this hacking incident be reviewed and lifted, as I am the rightful owner and a victim of unauthorized access.
