I am writing regarding a serious security issue with my Garena Free Fire account on the Indian server, linked to the in‑game ID 366789787. On 6 November between around 7–8 p.m., an unauthorized person attempted to hack my account, changed the recovery email without my permission and, as a result, my account has been suspended for 30 days. I did not approve any change of recovery email or give access to anyone. I believe my account has been compromised and is now under the control of someone else. Because of this, I have lost access to my account and cannot play or protect it myself. I kindly request that my account be thoroughly checked for unauthorized access, the hacker’s recovery email be removed, and my own access to the account be restored securely. I also ask that you help me recover the account on the Indian server and ensure that it is protected so that such unauthorized changes cannot happen again.
