My Free Fire Account Hijacked and Wrongfully Banned

My Free Fire Garena account (ID: 343447281) has been accessed without permission on my Android device for the past two days. The person who took over my account added a recovery email without my consent and entered matches that violated the rules, causing my account to be banned for 29 days. My main email was linked to my VK account and was only accessible by me; however, since the unauthorized person added their own recovery email, I can no longer access my account or remove the added recovery address.

This is not the first time someone has added an unauthorized recovery email to my account, but this time I completely lost access. I have also made diamond purchases on this account, which increases my sense of loss and frustration. I absolutely did not participate in the rule-breaking matches that led to the ban — they were carried out by the person who accessed my account without permission.

I tried contacting Garena customer support, but I encountered an error screen and was unable to get help. I received both the ban notification and the notification that a recovery email had been added.

I request that my account be restored before the 29-day ban period ends, and that the unauthorized recovery email be removed. Please secure my account and resolve this issue as soon as possible — I urgently need support.
