Free Fire Account Banned Linked To Facebook Despite No Hacks Used

I am writing to request the reactivation of my Free Fire account, which was banned even though I have never used any kind of hack or illegal program. I have been playing Free Fire for a long time and I always played fairly. My account was linked with my Facebook, and one day when I tried to log in with my Facebook account, I could no longer access my Free Fire account and realized that it had been banned. My brother and I were playing Free Fire on the same mobile phone with different accounts. At some point he logged out and into another Free Fire account, and after that, when I tried to log in again with my Facebook account, it was impossible to access my own account. Unfortunately, it has been a long time, so I do not remember my exact player ID or in‑game name, but it was always connected through my Facebook login. I have spent a lot of time and effort on this account, and I also spent approximately 1000 to 3000 in total on in‑game purchases. Losing this account is very upsetting for me because I work half of the day and then use my free time to play this game, and all my progress and purchases are now gone even though I did not violate the rules. I kindly request that you check my account that was linked to my Facebook login and review the ban decision. Since I did not use any hacks or cheats, I am asking you to remove the ban and help me recover my Free Fire account, or at least provide clear information on why it was banned so that I can understand the situation.
