Free Fire Account Ban Review Request

I am a long-time Free Fire player on Android, and my account with Player ID 1998773877 on the Indian server, registered under the name Pita Ranjan B***, has been banned since around the 25th. I respectfully request that my account be reviewed again and that the ban be reconsidered, as this account represents several years of gameplay, progress and in-game purchases. When the ban happened about two years ago, I believed that a friend who had used my device may have used unauthorized mods or hacks without my knowledge. I recently contacted that friend, and he told me that he did not use any hacks on my account, which has left me very confused about the real reason for the ban. I sincerely apologize if any action linked to my account violated the rules in any way, whether intentional or unintentional, and I fully understand the importance of maintaining a fair gaming environment. Since the ban, I have tried several times to contact Free Fire customer support, but I keep receiving the same type of response and it does not feel like my case has been reviewed in detail. This is very disappointing for me because this account is very important due to the money I spent, the items I bought and the memories I created over the years. I kindly request that you carry out a careful and detailed review of my account and the ban decision, clearly explain the exact reason if possible, and give me one more chance by lifting the ban or restoring access to my account. If my account is restored, I promise to strictly follow all rules and will never share access to my account or device with anyone again.
