Free Fire Account Banned By Mistake - Unban Request

I am writing regarding the ban of my Free Fire account with the in‑game name “mota Bhai.” I play on an Android device, and my account was banned on 7 August 2023. I believe this ban was applied by mistake, because I have always followed the game rules and have never used any hacks, cheats, or unauthorized third‑party applications. This account is very important to me, as I have spent a lot of time and effort on it. I have already contacted Garena support about this issue, but my problem has not been resolved and the ban is still active. I kindly request that my Free Fire account be reviewed again in detail and that any possible misunderstanding or incorrect detection be corrected. If possible, I would like my account to be unbanned and restored so that I can continue playing fairly under the game’s rules.
