Garanti BBVA Gold Card Advantage for Atasay Gold Purchase Not Honored

As a Garanti BBVA Gold Card holder, I wanted to purchase physical gold from Atasay. Relying on your bank’s statement of “advantage in gold purchases with the Gold Card” and the claim that you have an agreement with Atasay, I attempted to make a transaction. However, in all Atasay branches, my transactions were repeatedly rejected with excuses such as “no POS device” or “card not accepted.” I believe this situation constitutes a misleading and deceptive commercial practice under Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers. Despite the claim of an agreement, the fact that the service is not provided in any branch both victimizes the customer and damages your bank’s credibility. I request a written explanation on the matter, the full implementation of the campaign in all Atasay branches, and the resolution of the grievance I have experienced.
