I Did Not Receive My Promised Gold Bonus Card
I have been a Garanti BBVA customer for about 20 years and was using the Altın Bonus credit card. Due to serious issues I experienced with your customer experience support team over the past three months, I transferred all my assets to another bank and canceled all my cards. I was extremely disappointed by the misinformation provided by your support team, their irregularities in written documents, and their mocking responses to my support requests. Despite repeatedly requesting to be contacted and canceling so many accounts and cards, I was never once called. I also could not receive any support from your call center or branches. In addition, every complaint I submitted to the customer experience support team was given a different outcome, and no clear solution was provided. Furthermore, although I met all the conditions stated on your website for my Altın Bonus card, the promised 0.59 grams of gold was not delivered to me. For this reason, I have suffered financial loss and demand that my grievance be resolved. As your customer with ID number 5932708, I request that action be taken against those responsible in your customer experience support team and that I be provided with an official explanation regarding these negative experiences.
