On August 9, 2024, at 8:53 PM, I requested a ₺8,000 withdrawal from ATM #00887CRS031 using a QR code, and the ATM dispensed ₺8,000. At 8:54 PM the same day, I made another ₺8,000 withdrawal request from the same ATM using a QR code, but the system recognized this as a card-based transaction and did not give me the ₺8,000. At 8:57 PM, I requested a ₺2,000 withdrawal using a QR code, and the system again recognized it as a card-based transaction, not dispensing the ₺2,000, but ₺8,000 and ₺2,000 were deducted from my account.
Every button press on the ATM is recorded, and I did not perform any card-based transactions. The camera recordings of the ATM number mentioned above will clearly show this. There is a significant error. Despite creating two requests from Garanti BBVA customer service at 4440333, the issue has not been resolved positively. I am unable to reach anyone responsible for this matter, and a total of ₺10,000 has been deducted from my account, which is accruing interest daily.
I request that this matter be addressed urgently. I did not perform any card-based transactions, and even if I had, the ATM did not dispense ₺8,000 and ₺2,000, and I did not enter any ATM PIN. As mentioned above, this will be evident from the camera recordings. My request is for you to assist me with this matter. In the three transactions I made, I received ₺8,000 in the first transaction, did not receive ₺8,000 in the second transaction, and did not receive ₺2,000 in the third transaction. In any case, it will be evident from the camera recordings. I urgently request that my grievance be addressed.
