I'm Still Chasing GAP for a Promised Refund After Weeks of Delay
On 06/07/2026, I made a purchase totaling $47 through GAP's own website, with order number 3255731581511697. Even though the system showed that my products had been shipped, the package didn't reach me for about a week.
When I called customer service about this, I was told that the products were no longer available in their inventory and that a refund would be issued. However, despite about two weeks having passed since then, no refund has appeared in my account. Last week, I called customer service again; they said they would look into the matter, but as of now, no refund has been processed yet.
Throughout this ongoing process of about 3 weeks, I've neither received the products nor had the amount I paid refunded to me. I am requesting that GAP fully and promptly refund the $47 payment to my credit card, without delay and without requiring any further action from me.
