I'm Demanding Answers After GAP Couldn't Locate My Order for Weeks

On June 28, 2026, I placed an order for 3 pairs of shorts through the GAP online store. My order number is 3274401447212399, totaling $202, which I paid by credit card. I had set up the order for "store pickup" the following day, from the store in Cevahir Mall, Şişli, Istanbul, so it was not canceled, and the process continued.
Despite 20 days having passed, neither did the products arrive at the store, nor was it confirmed that they had "returned to the warehouse." I've been strung along with explanations like "it hasn't come back from the store, it hasn't returned to the warehouse," and throughout this process, I've neither been able to access my products nor has my money been available to me — it's been held by GAP. Since this amount hasn't been refunded for 20 days and no clear solution has been offered, I feel wronged.
I am requesting that the $202 I paid be immediately refunded to my card, and that a clear explanation be given as to why this delay occurred. I also want the online order and in-store pickup processes to be reviewed to prevent similar situations from happening to others.
