Difficulties with Refunds and Orders at GAP Online Shopping
I have made online purchases at GAP, but there were products that were not available and were returned. I have also received refunds, but there are many orders that do not reflect on my card.
I have requested assistance from customer service and asked for proof of the refunds, but there has been no response. Additionally, they have updated their website and app, making it impossible for me to view any of my orders before August 31. I have no visibility into my orders and refunds.
I have made an inquiry about this to the software company, and they said they would fix it. Unfortunately, they have not done so. I urgently need the receipts for my refunds; otherwise, I will have to contact the consumer court, as significant amounts of money have not been refunded.
