Gann Markets Blocks Withdrawal of $14,000 in Customer Funds

Based on recommendations shared through the Crypto Troia Telegram group, I joined the Troia Global Markets page. I was told that this page had been established by Crypto Troia, which I had been following and conducting transactions through for a long time, and that the administrators of the page were part of the same team. Relying on these statements and the trust I had built over the years, I began trading in the global markets through a partnership with Gann Markets.

I deposited a total of $13,854 into the system. Of this amount, I sent $9,731 in several transactions on June 12, June 17, and June 30, 2026, through the TRC20 network to different wallet addresses. I sent the remaining $4,123, approximately 193,000 TL, to an IBAN account registered in the name of Hale Plus Teknoloji Sistemleri ve Elektronik Ltd. Şti., ending in 01. I have the receipt for this payment; however, I was specifically instructed to have “technical service fee” written in the payment description, and this instruction is clearly documented in our message records.

On July 13, I submitted a withdrawal request through Gann Markets, but no withdrawal has been processed since then. A person named H**** K******, who contacted me through WhatsApp from the number +382 69 316 893 and identified himself as an investment specialist at Gann Markets, repeatedly gave me delaying and evasive responses. I subsequently contacted the founder of Crypto Troia through a direct message on X (@cryptotroia). I was told that they had contacted Gann Markets and that the issue would be resolved within one or two days. However, despite the passage of additional time, there has been no progress.

I trade through Gann Markets under account number 93479, and I am currently unable to withdraw the approximately $14,000 I deposited. I am experiencing serious financial harm and uncertainty due to the individuals and groups associated with Gann Markets.

I request that Gann Markets immediately make the full amount of approximately $14,000 deposited through the above-mentioned account available for withdrawal and return the entire amount to me without any deduction or further delay. I also request a clear explanation of why my withdrawal request has remained unresolved and when I will be able to access my funds.
