Later, one of the company’s representatives, Mr. O*, told me: “You have built your balance to a good level, you can take more risks.” Based on his advice and the trades he personally suggested, my account quickly went into stop-out, wiping out the profits I had worked so hard to achieve.
Like many others in such a situation, I hoped to recover my losses and continued depositing funds. Again, I followed the trades suggested by their staff, and in the end, I lost over ₺1,000,000 in total.
I pursued this matter legally through Attorney V* S**** and filed a lawsuit. During the process, I was offered a partial settlement amount to withdraw my case, but even that amount was far below the losses I had suffered. Still, to avoid prolonging the matter, I agreed.
