On 8 April 2026, I requested a withdrawal of ₹3,800 from the Ganga Club Gaming app to my SBI bank savings account ending with 7179. In the app, the withdrawal status shows as “completed” and they shared the order/transaction reference W55202604080122054381621 with UTR 259611586602, but the money has still not been credited to my SBI account. I contacted the live chat support of Ganga Club Gaming, shared my bank statement PDF and clearly showed that the amount was not received. Even after this, the issue has not been resolved and I keep getting the same standard messages, asking me again to “update” or “submit” my statement. It has now been several days since 8 April and there is still no refund, no credit to my bank, and no clear solution. I request that this issue be resolved urgently by either crediting the ₹3,800 to my SBI account ending 7179 using the given UTR, or refunding the same amount back to my Ganga Club Gaming wallet without any further delay. I also expect a clear explanation of what went wrong with this transaction and why it has not reached my account despite showing as successfully paid.
