Ganga Club Refuses to Pay My ₹8,500 Winnings After Withdrawal Request

I have been using the online betting application called Ganga Club, which offers sports, casino, and lottery games. On 12 January 2026, I requested a withdrawal of ₹8,500 that I had won on the platform, but this amount has not been paid to me. I had deposited ₹1,116 into my account and, through games played on the app, increased this balance to ₹8,500. After I applied for the withdrawal, the company refused to pay and informed me that I had played “illegally or abnormally,” without giving a clear or satisfactory explanation of what this means or which rule I supposedly violated. My user/account ID in the app is 73817740. I believe this behavior is unfair and gives the impression that the platform is not willing to pay legitimate winnings. I request that my full withdrawal amount of ₹8,500 be paid to me without further delay, or that a clear and verifiable explanation, with evidence, be provided if they claim any rule violation. I also request that the necessary investigation be carried out regarding this application so that other users are not victimized in the same way.
