While I was at work, some visiting children used my PlayStation 5 and made an unauthorized purchase in Gameloft’s Asphalt Legend game. They bought a car skin for ₺349 using player ID u-g865dh. This purchase was made by mistake, and I am requesting a refund for this transaction as it was not authorized by me. I kindly ask Gameloft to process the refund and prevent such unintended purchases in the future. Please resolve this issue promptly, as this was an accidental charge caused by children.
