I purchased a 141.75₺ package in the Asphalt Legends mobile game, but the purchase was incomplete. Specifically, I did not receive the 35 blueprints included in the package. While the in-game currency and other items were credited correctly, the blueprints I paid for are missing.
This is incredibly frustrating, as I’ve already spent real money and expected to receive the full contents of the package. I demand either a refund for the value of the missing blueprints or the immediate addition of the 35 blueprints to my account.
Gameloft, this is unacceptable for a premium purchase. Please resolve this issue promptly and ensure that such errors do not happen again. I look forward to your response and a resolution.
