I am writing regarding a serious issue I experienced with Fun88 concerning a deposit that has neither been credited to my account nor refunded back to me.
On 11 May, I made a bank transfer of ₹15,000 from India to my Fun88 account with ID 9821368555. The transfer was successfully completed from my bank side, and the amount was deducted from my account without any issue.
However, despite the successful transaction, the ₹15,000 has still not appeared in my Fun88 balance. At the same time, the money has also not been returned to my bank account, leaving my funds completely inaccessible.
I contacted the Fun88 support team regarding this missing deposit problem, but so far I have not received any response, explanation, or meaningful assistance from customer service. The complete lack of communication and the ongoing delay are causing serious concern about the safety and handling of my money.
I request that Fun88 urgently investigate this issue and either immediately credit the ₹15,000 to my Fun88 account (ID 9821368555) or refund the full amount back to my bank account without any further delay.
In addition, I expect a clear explanation regarding why this issue occurred and a prompt response from the support team so the matter can finally be resolved properly.
