I am filing a complaint against Fun88 India regarding serious issues I encountered with both deposit and withdrawal transactions on my account.
On February 21, 2026, I made a deposit of 10,000 INR, which was successfully deducted from my payment method but was never credited to my Fun88 account balance. Later, on March 31, 2026, I requested a withdrawal of 29,990 INR, which is still pending and has not been paid out to me.
I contacted Fun88 customer support about these issues. During the initial days, they acknowledged the problem, but afterward, they began providing excuses instead of offering a clear solution or resolving my case. I also have the relevant transaction or reference details from Fun88 and/or my payment provider for both transactions.
I request that Fun88 immediately credit the missing 10,000 INR deposit to my account and process the pending 29,990 INR withdrawal without any further delay. I expect my funds to be fully released or properly credited, and I want this matter resolved as soon as possible, as these amounts are rightfully mine.
