FTMO Deleted My Challenge Before I Could Start - Refused to Refund

I paid for a challenge with FTMO and signed up, but before I could start they deleted or deactivated it. I contacted customer service right away, but their response took months—actually five months. They claimed it had been over six months since I bought the challenge, hence they couldn't issue a refund or allow me resume it when they eventually got back to me. Given I never even got the chance to start, it felt absolutely unfair. FTMO values professionalism and advertising well, however this encounter made me wonder how they handle their consumers once the money is paid. I only wanted a fair shot at the challenge, not to be discounted and left with nothing in return.
