I Got Charged by FaceApp After Canceling Free Trial Before It Ended

I signed up for the FaceApp free trial to test its premium features, but I wasn’t impressed with the app and decided to cancel before the trial period ended. I made sure to cancel on the last day of the free trial, thinking that would prevent any charges. Despite this, I was still charged for a subscription after cancellation.
I immediately requested a refund, but I haven’t received any response or resolution. I followed all the steps to cancel in time, so I’m confused and frustrated as to why money was withdrawn from my account. It feels like the system is set up to ignore timely cancellations.
I am requesting a full refund of the amount charged and a clear explanation of how this charge occurred despite my timely cancellation. FaceApp must honor its free trial terms and provide prompt support to resolve this issue.
